A top price for Ron Blumberg
In March last year Bonhams in Los Angeles held the auction The Collection of Gail Feingarten Oppenheimer, which included the work Still Life with Matisse Book by Ron Blumberg. The »bidding war« ended at USD 828.75 (€ 747.09), 38% above the upper estimate. With this result, Still Life with Matisse Book is even the most expensive work of art by Ron Blumberg that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im März letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in Los Angeles die Auktion The Collection of Gail Feingarten Oppenheimer durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life with Matisse Book von Ron Blumberg zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 828,75 (€ 747,09) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Still Life with Matisse Book sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ron Blumberg, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
