Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July this year Bonhams held the auction Modern & Contemporary African Art, which included the work Makanaki by Romuald Hazoumè. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 18,560.00. Other works by Romuald Hazoumè have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 29,497.54) in November 2016 for the work Alexandra.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion Modern & Contemporary African Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Makanaki von Romuald Hazoumè zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 18.560,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Romuald Hazoumè haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 29.497,54) im November 2016 für die Arbeit Alexandra beobachtet.
