This artwork by Rodolfo Paoletti achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in November 2015. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Maschere in Piazza San Marco sold for EUR 1,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 800.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Rodolfo Paoletti; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Portrait Of A Violinist sold at auction in August 2021 with the realized price of GBP 1,912.50 (€ 2,228.06).

In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wurde die Arbeit Maschere in Piazza San Marco für EUR 1.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 800,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Rodolfo Paoletti; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Portrait Of A Violinist im August 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 1.912,50 (€ 2.228,06).
