Sold at the upper estimate price
The work Two Screenprints (RDe 1 & 2) by Robyn Denny was auctioned at Christies in New York in July 2021. The auction ended at the price of USD 1,500.00 (€ 1,264.33), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robyn Denny achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Austin Reed Mural in October this year with an auction result of GBP 352,800.00 (€ 405,112.41).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Two Screenprints (RDe 1 & 2) von Robyn Denny kam im Juli 2021 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 1.500,00 (€ 1.264,33) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robyn Denny erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Austin Reed Mural im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 352.800,00 (€ 405.112,41).
