This price was achieved in the auction Old Master Drawings and British Drawings and Watercolours at Christies in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00 man Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Robert Streatfeild; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Views in and around Brussels, including the Palais Royale and the Place de Palais sold at auction in December 2016 with the realized price of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,960.90).
