The result of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,507.49) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Robert Streatfeild - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Views in and around Brussels, including the Palais Royale and the Place de Palais, which sold at auction in December 2016 for GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,960.90).
