It achieved a price of GBP 9,828.00 (€ 10,978.75), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 40%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Rafailovich Falk achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Woman with a pink fan in November 2005 with an auction result of GBP 1,016,000.00 (€ 1,492,632.40).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 40 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Self-Portrait von Robert Rafailovich Falk kam im Dezember 2020 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 9.828,00 (€ 10.978,75) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 40%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robert Rafailovich Falk erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Woman with a pink fan im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.016.000,00 (€ 1.492.632,40).
