Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait Of Farizet Gilels by Robert Rafailovich Falk was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2019. The price achieved of GBP 225,000.00 (€ 264,205.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 180,000.00 – 250,000.00. Admittedly, works by Robert Rafailovich Falk have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Woman with a pink fan in November 2005 with an auction result of GBP 1,016,000.00 (€ 1,492,632.40).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Portrait Of Farizet Gilels von Robert Rafailovich Falk kam im November 2019 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 225.000,00 (€ 264.205,01) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 180.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Robert Rafailovich Falk auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Woman with a pink fan im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.016.000,00 (€ 1.492.632,40).
