However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Robert Peary - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Self-Portrait, Cape Sheridan, Canada, 1909, which sold at auction in December 2012 for USD 18,750.00 (€ 14,219.63).
