Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2015 Sothebys in New York held the auction American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture, which included the work Zinnias And White Flowers In A Glass by Robert Kulicke. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,792.25) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Robert Kulicke have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2013 the work Zinnias In A Glass Jar On A Light Grey Background was auctioned for USD 10,625.00 (€ 8,068.80).

Im Oktober 2015 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit Zinnias And White Flowers In A Glass von Robert Kulicke zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 6.792,25) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Robert Kulicke konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2013 die Arbeit Zinnias In A Glass Jar On A Light Grey Background für USD 10.625,00 (€ 8.068,80) versteigert.
