Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2014 Artcurial held the auction Post War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Sans Titre - 1990 by Richard Texier. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,250.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Richard Texier achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cosmos, 2002 in October 2007 with an auction result of EUR 92,940.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2014 führte Artcurial die Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1990 von Richard Texier zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.250,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Richard Texier erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cosmos, 2002 im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 92.940,00.
