Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2013 Artcurial held the auction Contemporary Art « Scène 21.1 », which included the work Lustre, 2004 by Richard Fauguet. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 3,248.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Richard Fauguet have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2008 the work Fusil, 1999 was auctioned for EUR 5,576.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2013 führte Artcurial die Auktion Contemporary Art « Scène 21.1 » durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lustre, 2004 von Richard Fauguet zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 3.248,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Richard Fauguet konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Januar 2008 die Arbeit Fusil, 1999 für EUR 5.576,00 versteigert.
