A top price for Reuben Mednikoff
In November 2006 Christies in London held the auction The Poetry of Crisis; The Peter Nahum Collection of British Surrealist and Avant-Garde Art 1930-1951, which included the work The Anatomy of Space by Reuben Mednikoff. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 16,800.00 (€ 24,948.53). With this result, The Anatomy of Space is even the most expensive work of art by Reuben Mednikoff that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im November 2006 führte Christies in London die Auktion The Poetry of Crisis; The Peter Nahum Collection of British Surrealist and Avant-Garde Art 1930-1951 durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Anatomy of Space von Reuben Mednikoff zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 16.800,00 (€ 24.948,53) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist The Anatomy of Space sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Reuben Mednikoff, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
