In January 2014 Christies in London held the auction The Ski Sale, Travel in Style, which included the work Mégève by René Michaud. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,615.74), 25% above the upper estimate. With this result, Mégève is even the most expensive work of art by René Michaud that we have observed at auctions so far.
