Admittedly, works by René Groebli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Magic Of The Railway, C. 1949 in November 2008 with an auction result of GBP 8,500.00 (€ 10,277.14).

Die Arbeit Untitled - 1953 von René Groebli kam im Oktober 2015 bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.820,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 2.000,00.
