Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2004 Christies in Milan held the auction ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA, which included the work Pastorale by Remo Brindisi. The price achieved of EUR 1,860.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Remo Brindisi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Punta della dogana in May 2002 with an auction result of EUR 9,920.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2004 führte Christies in Mailand die Auktion ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pastorale von Remo Brindisi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.860,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Remo Brindisi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Punta della dogana im Mai 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 9.920,00.
