Auction result well in line with expectations
The work On the way to the village by Remigius Adrianus van Haanen was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in April 2006. The price achieved of EUR 9,600.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Remigius Adrianus van Haanen - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Night Landscape With A Sailboat Where A Fire Is Being Lit, which sold at auction in November 2015 for EUR 32,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit On the way to the village von Remigius Adrianus van Haanen kam im April 2006 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 9.600,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Remigius Adrianus van Haanen mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Night Landscape With A Sailboat Where A Fire Is Being Lit beobachtet, die im November 2015 für EUR 32.500,00 versteigert wurde.
