Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work The wildness of the moors (one illustrated) by Reginald Daniel Sherrin for GBP 137.50 (€ 165.33). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 400.00 – 600.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Reginald Daniel Sherrin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Glorious Flowerbed, which sold at auction in March 2006 for GBP 312.00 (€ 447.04).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
