Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Meet, circa 1780; and A huntsman with hounds, circa 1780 by Reginald Augustus Wymer was sold in the Sporting Art and Dogs auction at Christies in London in June 2002. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 400.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 446.50 (€ 690.63). Other works by Reginald Augustus Wymer have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 750.00 (€ 934.47) in May 2012 for the work The march past of the Northumberland Fusiliers before Queen Victoria at the Jubilee Review, Aldershot, 7th July 1887.

Die Arbeit The Meet, circa 1780; and A huntsman with hounds, circa 1780 von Reginald Augustus Wymer wurde im Juni 2002 in der Auktion Sporting Art and Dogs bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 400,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 446,50 (€ 690,63) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Reginald Augustus Wymer haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 750,00 (€ 934,47) im Mai 2012 für die Arbeit The march past of the Northumberland Fusiliers before Queen Victoria at the Jubilee Review, Aldershot, 7th July 1887 beobachtet.
