In October 2011 Christies in New York held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included this untitled work by Raymond de Botton. The »bidding war« ended at USD 1,500.00 (€ 1,075.50), 67% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Raymond de Botton have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The White Horse in October 2011 with an auction result of USD 12,500.00 (€ 8,962.50).

Im Oktober 2011 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Raymond de Botton zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 1.500,00 (€ 1.075,50) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Raymond de Botton auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The White Horse im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 8.962,50).
