Auction result well in line with expectations
In June this year Bruun Rasmussen held the auction Modern paintings, sculptures and prints, which included the work “Fisker 2”, 2021 by Rasmus Eckhardt. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of DKK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00, the actual price achieved of DKK 16,000.00 (€ 2,147.99) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rasmus Eckhardt - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work “Luft” (Air), 2020, which sold at auction in June this year for DKK 45,000.00 (€ 6,041.21).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte Bruun Rasmussen die Auktion Modern paintings, sculptures and prints durch, in der auch die Arbeit “Fisker 2”, 2021 von Rasmus Eckhardt zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von DKK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von DKK 16.000,00 (€ 2.147,99) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Rasmus Eckhardt mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit “Luft” (Air), 2020 beobachtet, die im Juni diesen Jahres für DKK 45.000,00 (€ 6.041,21) versteigert wurde.
