Admittedly, works by Rasik Durgashanker Raval have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lovers in March 2006 with an auction result of USD 18,000.00 (€ 14,828.24).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 2.250,00 (€ 2.063,27) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rasik Durgashanker Raval auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lovers im März 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 18.000,00 (€ 14.828,24).
