Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2015 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Girl with tambourine by Raphaël Dubois. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 3,500.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Raphaël Dubois have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2008 the work Belgian Au Matin was auctioned for EUR 5,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2015 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Girl with tambourine von Raphaël Dubois zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 3.500,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Raphaël Dubois konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2008 die Arbeit Belgian Au Matin für EUR 5.250,00 versteigert.
