The work L'entrée du port by Raoul Dufy was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art auction at Christies in London in November 2007. The auction ended at the price of GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,900.91), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Raoul Dufy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Regattes À Trouville in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 1,505,000.00 (€ 2,075,171.47).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit L'entrée du port von Raoul Dufy wurde im November 2007 in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 3.500,00 (€ 4.900,91) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Raoul Dufy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Regattes À Trouville im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.505.000,00 (€ 2.075.171,47).
