The work Etude de Coquillages by Raoul Dufy was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art auction at Bonhams in Paris in December this year. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,024.00 46% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Raoul Dufy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Regattes À Trouville in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 1,505,000.00 (€ 2,075,171.47).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 46 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Etude de Coquillages von Raoul Dufy wurde im Dezember diesen Jahres in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art bei Bonhams in Paris versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.024,00 und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Raoul Dufy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Regattes À Trouville im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.505.000,00 (€ 2.075.171,47).
