Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2005 Christies in New York held the auction The House Sale, which included the work Number 1326, 1959 by Raffael Benazzi. Here, the upper estimate of USD 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 2,280.00 (€ 1,764.84). Admittedly, works by Raffael Benazzi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ohne Titel, 1983 Untitled, 1983 in November 2011 with an auction result of CHF 18,750.00 (€ 15,304.67).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2005 führte Christies in New York die Auktion The House Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Number 1326, 1959 von Raffael Benazzi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 2.280,00 (€ 1.764,84) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Raffael Benazzi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ohne Titel, 1983 Untitled, 1983 im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 18.750,00 (€ 15.304,67).
