Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Volumes Dans L'Espace - 1970 by Rafael Martinez was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in October 2017. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,900.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Other works by Rafael Martinez have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2018 the work Lignes dans l'espace was auctioned for EUR 6,000.00.
