Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Rachel Howard could be acquired at Sothebys in London in September 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Yellow Ball: The Frank and Lorna Dunphy Collection Online auction, the work Untitled (Inside Out Series) changed hands for GBP 250.00 (€ 280.78) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rachel Howard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Red Painting in February 2008 with an auction result of USD 132,000.00 (€ 86,916.44).

In der Auktion Yellow Ball: The Frank and Lorna Dunphy Collection Online wechselte die Arbeit Untitled (Inside Out Series) für GBP 250,00 (€ 280,78) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 300,00 – 400,00.
