This price was achieved in the auction Delightful Harmony - Fine Modern and Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy at POLY in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 10,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Qiu Ying achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Celestial Mountains and Pavilions in June this year with an auction result of HKD 31,230,000.00 (€ 3,649,219.78).

Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Qiu Ying erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Celestial Mountains and Pavilions im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 31.230.000,00 (€ 3.649.219,78).
