A top price for Qin Zhongwen
In April 2016 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy from the Yong Li Studio, which included the work Landscape After Wang Meng by Qin Zhongwen. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,266.50), 43% above the upper estimate. With this result, Landscape After Wang Meng is even the most expensive work of art by Qin Zhongwen that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Qin Zhongwen
Im April 2016 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy from the Yong Li Studio durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape After Wang Meng von Qin Zhongwen zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 11.266,50) und damit 43% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Landscape After Wang Meng sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Qin Zhongwen, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
