Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bamboo And Orchid by Pu Zuo was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in December 2015. The price achieved of HKD 87,500.00 (€ 10,394.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 70,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pu Zuo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Rabbits in May 2014 with an auction result of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 47,287.39).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Bamboo And Orchid von Pu Zuo wurde im Dezember 2015 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 87.500,00 (€ 10.394,60) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 70.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pu Zuo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Rabbits im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 500.000,00 (€ 47.287,39).
