Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Electrical Installation II by Prunella Clough was auctioned at Christies in London in March last year. It achieved a price of GBP 9,450.00 (€ 11,204.04), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Prunella Clough achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fishermen with Sprat Nets II in March last year with an auction result of GBP 126,000.00 (€ 149,387.18).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Electrical Installation II von Prunella Clough kam im März letzten Jahres bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 9.450,00 (€ 11.204,04) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Prunella Clough erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fishermen with Sprat Nets II im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 126.000,00 (€ 149.387,18).
