Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Young Lady Standing by Paolo Troubetzkoy was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in May 2019. The price achieved of USD 25,000.00 (€ 22,423.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Paolo Troubetzkoy have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait of the Minister of Finance Sergei Yulyevich Witte (1849-1915) with His Setter in November 2013 with an auction result of GBP 110,500.00 (€ 132,971.96).

Die Arbeit Young Lady Standing von Paolo Troubetzkoy kam im Mai 2019 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 25.000,00 (€ 22.423,54) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paolo Troubetzkoy auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait of the Minister of Finance Sergei Yulyevich Witte (1849-1915) with His Setter im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 110.500,00 (€ 132.971,96).
