This work without title by Prabhakar Kolte was sold in the The Indian Sale auction at Sothebys in London in May 2007. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 6,600.00 (€ 9,712.35), 32% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Prabhakar Kolte - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in March 2007 for USD 42,000.00 (€ 31,404.22).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Prabhakar Kolte wurde im Mai 2007 in der Auktion The Indian Sale bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 6.600,00 (€ 9.712,35) und damit 32% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Prabhakar Kolte mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im März 2007 für USD 42.000,00 (€ 31.404,22) versteigert wurde.
