Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Trombine - 2015 by Popay was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in March 2017. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 501.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 550.00. Admittedly, works by Popay have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans Titre in November 2010 with an auction result of EUR 2,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Trombine - 2015 von Popay kam im März 2017 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 501,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 550,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Popay auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans Titre im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.500,00.
