Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Popay could be acquired at Artcurial in Paris in May 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Urban & Pop Contemporary auction, the work Sans Titre - 2015 changed hands for EUR 130.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 150.00 – 250.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Popay achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sans Titre in November 2010 with an auction result of EUR 2,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Popay konnte im Mai 2019 bei Artcurial in Paris für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Urban & Pop Contemporary wechselte die Arbeit Sans Titre - 2015 für EUR 130,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 150,00 – 250,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Popay erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sans Titre im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.500,00.
