The work Melpomene by Pippo Oriani was auctioned at Il Ponte in December 2013. The result of EUR 1,300.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,300.00 – 1,600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pippo Oriani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Simultaneità organizzata in November 2021 with an auction result of EUR 22,000.00.

Die Arbeit Melpomene von Pippo Oriani kam im Dezember 2013 bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.300,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.300,00 – 1.600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pippo Oriani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Simultaneità organizzata im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 22.000,00.
