The work Three cubs by Pip McGarry was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in London in March 2008. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 750.00 (€ 942.19), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pip McGarry achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flight of the zebra in May 2008 with an auction result of GBP 29,300.00 (€ 37,270.88).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 750,00 (€ 942,19) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pip McGarry erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Flight of the zebra im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 29.300,00 (€ 37.270,88).
