Auction result well in line with expectations
The work La Roue Rouge, 1961 by Pinot Gallizio was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in October 2007. It changed hands for a price of EUR 14,400.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pinot Gallizio - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Italian Pittura Industriale, which sold at auction in December 2008 for EUR 46,350.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit La Roue Rouge, 1961 von Pinot Gallizio kam im Oktober 2007 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 14.400,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Pinot Gallizio mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Italian Pittura Industriale beobachtet, die im Dezember 2008 für EUR 46.350,00 versteigert wurde.
