Sold at the upper estimate price
In December 2020 Il Ponte held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Alba by Pino Pascali. The auction ended at the price of EUR 1,800.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pino Pascali achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Coda di delfino (Tail of a Dolphin) in October 2016 with an auction result of GBP 2,629,000.00 (€ 2,928,785.62).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Dezember 2020 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Alba von Pino Pascali zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.800,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pino Pascali erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Coda di delfino (Tail of a Dolphin) im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.629.000,00 (€ 2.928.785,62).
