Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Mulongoy Pili Pili achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in November 2021. In the African Contemporary Art auction, the work Sans Titre (Le Guépard Et L'Antilope) sold for EUR 4,160.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mulongoy Pili Pili achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Simba (Le Lion En Swahili) in November 2021 with an auction result of EUR 45,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Mulongoy Pili Pili erzielte im November 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion African Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre (Le Guépard Et L'Antilope) für EUR 4.160,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mulongoy Pili Pili erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Simba (Le Lion En Swahili) im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 45.500,00.
