Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Pietro Fragiacomo could be acquired at Il Ponte in June last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Barche in laguna changed hands for EUR 4,500.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 5,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pietro Fragiacomo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Segelschiffe in der Lagune in May 2017 with an auction result of EUR 37,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Pietro Fragiacomo konnte im Juni letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit Barche in laguna für EUR 4.500,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 5.000,00 – 6.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pietro Fragiacomo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Segelschiffe in der Lagune im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 37.200,00.
