Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 2,520.00 (€ 2,940.08) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pietro Fancelli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Death Of Lucretia in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 19,700.00 (€ 27,585.10).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.520,00 (€ 2.940,08) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pietro Fancelli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Death Of Lucretia im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 19.700,00 (€ 27.585,10).
