Sold at the upper estimate price
The work Sottopiatto by Pietro Consagra was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in May 2021. The auction ended at the price of EUR 500.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 400.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pietro Consagra achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ferro trasparente bianco V in June 2018 with an auction result of GBP 152,500.00 (€ 172,350.99).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Sottopiatto von Pietro Consagra wurde im Mai 2021 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 500,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 400,00 – 500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pietro Consagra erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ferro trasparente bianco V im Juni 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 152.500,00 (€ 172.350,99).
