The work Bianco Macedonia, verde cinese, diaspro nero e rosso by Pietro Consagra was auctioned at Il Ponte in November this year. It achieved a price of EUR 75,000.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50 %. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pietro Consagra - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ferro trasparente bianco V, which sold at auction in June 2018 for GBP 152,500.00 (€ 172,350.99).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Bianco Macedonia, verde cinese, diaspro nero e rosso von Pietro Consagra kam im November diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 75.000,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Pietro Consagra mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ferro trasparente bianco V beobachtet, die im Juni 2018 für GBP 152.500,00 (€ 172.350,99) versteigert wurde.
