In the Collection Gerard Valkier : A lifetime journey with Art. auction, the work Figure sold for EUR 32,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pietro Consagra have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ferro trasparente bianco V in June 2018 with an auction result of GBP 152,500.00 (€ 172,350.99).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Pietro Consagra erzielte im Oktober 2021 bei Christies einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Collection Gerard Valkier : A lifetime journey with Art. wurde die Arbeit Figure für EUR 32.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 18.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pietro Consagra auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ferro trasparente bianco V im Juni 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 152.500,00 (€ 172.350,99).
