In the Master Drawings from a Distinguished European Collection auction, the work Study Of The Head Of A Youth sold for GBP 97,250.00 (€ 116,932.17) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 45,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pietro Berrettini - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Christ And The Woman Taken In Adultery, which sold at auction in January 2016 for USD 490,000.00 (€ 452,363.37).
