Auction result well in line with expectations
In July last year Bonhams in London held the auction Old Master Paintings, which included the work Elegant figures dining in a landscape; The Musical recital (2) by Peter Jacob Horemans. The price achieved of GBP 15,300.00 (€ 18,270.92) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Other works by Peter Jacob Horemans have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2008 the work An Elegant Musical Company Beside Classical Ruins was auctioned for GBP 15,000.00 (€ 19,119.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Old Master Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Elegant figures dining in a landscape; The Musical recital (2) von Peter Jacob Horemans zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 15.300,00 (€ 18.270,92) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Peter Jacob Horemans konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2008 die Arbeit An Elegant Musical Company Beside Classical Ruins für GBP 15.000,00 (€ 19.119,62) versteigert.
