Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Hind in the snow by Pieter Daniel Dik was sold in the Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings auction at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2006. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,800.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pieter Daniel Dik - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Pheasants, which sold at auction in September 2006 for EUR 5,040.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Hind in the snow von Pieter Daniel Dik wurde im September 2006 in der Auktion Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.800,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Pieter Daniel Dik mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Pheasants beobachtet, die im September 2006 für EUR 5.040,00 versteigert wurde.
