Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Composition Abstraite, 1977 by Pierre Pallut was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in March 2010. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 600.00 – 800.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 638.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Pierre Pallut have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Composition Abstraite, 1991 in July 2008 with an auction result of EUR 3,718.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Composition Abstraite, 1977 von Pierre Pallut kam im März 2010 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 638,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pierre Pallut auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Composition Abstraite, 1991 im Juli 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 3.718,00.
